Hello! My name is Denise Gatewood and I am so excited that you’re taking the first steps to progressing towards your best self!

As a therapist I create a safe space for you to be your true authentic self and release emotions that may cause various barriers in your life. I am passionate about seeing individuals reach their optimum level of functioning while assisting you with finding the life tools to do so! I am often inspired by the power people find in themselves to heal and move towards healthy relationships with themselves and others.

During our time together we will use a holistic approach to address your needs while assessing how the mind, body, and spirit affect your progress towards your goals. We will explore your inner thoughts, emotions and life experiences and dissolve your limitations while helping you move towards your truest self. My hope is that during our time together, therapy feels approachable, natural, and empowering. I recognize that You are the expert on you, and I take a client-centered approach, selecting treatment modalities to best meet your specific needs.
