At Restoration Counseling Center, Dr. Taren Coley, our board-certified psychiatrist, focuses on the medical aspects of mental health. Dr. Coley takes a compassionate, whole-person approach to care, addressing both the mind and body to support your well-being. Here’s how she can help:

Getting to Know You: Dr. Coley starts with a detailed evaluation to understand your symptoms, medical history, and how both might be affecting your mental health.

Medication Management: If medication is part of your treatment plan, Dr. Coley works with you to find the right medications to help manage things like anxiety, depression, or mood imbalances, and keeps track of your progress along the way.

Looking at the Whole Picture: Dr. Coley also considers your overall physical health because sometimes, physical issues can play a role in mental health. She takes time to understand how both are connected.

A Well-Rounded Approach: While medication may be a key part of your treatment, Dr. Coley also looks at other options, such as therapy, to ensure you have all the tools you need for long-term wellness.

Collaborate to find the right medication, address symptoms effectively, and maintain long-term stability in your mental health.
