Dr. Byron Coley
AAMFT Approved Supervisor
Director
Hi! My name is Dr. Byron Coley and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, dually licensed in NC and SC. The majority of my work has surrounded helping couples and families restore connection and identify a new normal. I have training in EFT (Emotion-Focused Therapy) and I am actively seeking certification. Throughout my work, I have gained a passion for working with couples who are trying to heal and restore trust, improve communication, and identify expectations and boundaries within their relationship. Additionally, I enjoy working with parents, as they encounter challenges that accompany parenthood, which often include setting boundaries, ensuring emotional support, and communicating with one’s partner throughout the process. I also work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, or who are struggling to set and achieve goals.
A little bit about me - I am a North Carolina native, born and raised, and am a proud husband and #girldad. My drive has always been to help others obtain the goals and lifestyle they desire while appreciating the progress they have already achieved. I am a husband and father of two girls and understand many of the daily challenges that come with being a spouse, father, and working professional. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughters, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
I strongly believe that each individual should strive to be their best self - This does not mean perfection, but waking up each day and working to do things differently than they did the day before. We offer a 100% risk-free initial consultation, so the first step into therapy is the simplest. Call Restoration Counseling Center today at 704-502-9397 or email admin@restorationcounselingclt.com to book an appointment with me and let’s get started.
I look forward to meeting you!
