Hello You! I see you've made it this far, and that's a big step. I know the feeling of searching for solutions when life feels overwhelming. Trust me, I’ve been there too. Whether it’s a tough relationship, a stressful job, or life just throwing curveballs, things do get better.

If you choose to work with me, I’ll ensure every session feels like a safe, supportive space where we focus on what you need right now. Life can be full of roadblocks, but just like a long road trip, taking breaks is necessary to recharge and keep moving forward. In therapy, safety, vulnerability, and confidentiality are my top priorities.

As for my qualifications, I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker in South Carolina, with degrees from East Tennessee State University. Originally from NC, I’ve spent time working with adults and adolescents in dual diagnosis group therapy, and now I’m excited to help individuals as a therapist here at RCC. My main approaches are Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness, which I’ve seen work wonders for many people. I also use Motivational Interviewing to help you focus on the present and become your best self. Above all, I believe you’re the expert of your own life, and I tailor every session to meet your needs.

If you're ready to take the next step, let’s work together to get you on the road to a better YOU!
